Tom co-founded Digby Edwards after 15+ years’ executive search experience in roles spanning research, consultancy and operations.
Throughout his career he has worked at leading search brands including Norman Broadbent, Correlate Search, CTPartners, Alexander Mann and Sheffield Haworth where he has built and ran teams.
Having completed a successful career in the British Army as an Infantry Office, Tom initially worked in the recruitment industry before moving into Executive Search.

Sophie co-founded Digby Edwards having successfully run her own business for 10 years alongside managing the Casting Directors Guild of Great Britain & Ireland.
Prior to this Sophie had a successful career as a West End casting director. An accomplished writer and administrator, Sophie is responsible for the day to day administration of Digby Edwards as well as managing non-technical projects on behalf of clients.
